This site has a busy road frontage and right-of-way access located at its northern face requiring innovative solutions to maximise available space on this compact site, the brief included a specific request to connect as much internal living space as possible with the outdoor areas while maintaining privacy.

The result is an inner courtyard linking the sun-filled entertainment space to both living areas. A covered deck flows through providing access to the landscaped court offering the ability to close the spaces down or expand as needed for entertaining. The family bedroom wing provides privacy and met all expectations.
